Cancellations Policy
Kerazy
Castles understand that there’s times when things don’t goto plan or
you may need to cancel your booking. This isn’t a problem at all,however
when you book with Kerazy Castles the preparation of your bouncy castle
hire starts for us. Therefore we have put together a cancellation
policy that we feel is reasonable and protects both yourself and Kerazy
Castles.
Please take a look at the order value breakdown below for cancellation terms and notice periods:
Orders up to £100
Kerazy
Castles accept cancellations for orders of this value. We would,
however require the customer to cancel the booking 24 hours before
their event. Should we not receive this notice the customer will incur a
50% charge. This cost is to cover the preparation in organising the
delivery of the bouncy castle and other overheads. Please note: We
require cancellation confirmation in writing, either via letter, SMS or
email.
£100 - £200
Should
you wish to cancel a booking of this value we would require 7 days’
notice. Should you cancel after this notice period you may incur a
cancellation fee of up to 25% of the original order value. If we
receive the cancellation a day before the event the customer will incur
a 50% charge of the original order value. Please note: We require
cancellation confirmation in writing, either via letter, SMS or email.
£200 - £400
For
orders of this value we would require cancellation notice 14 days
before the event. Should we not receive this notice or cancellations
are made in between the 14 days you may still receive a cancellation
fee of up to 25%. If the cancellation is received a day prior to the
event the customer will be expected to pay a 50% charge of the original
order value. Please note: We require cancellation confirmation in
writing, either via letter, SMS or email.
Over £400
Unfortunately
due to the amount of preparation and time that is involved in an order
of this value or above the customer would receive a 35% charge when
cancelling their booking. This charge would be applied regardless of
the notice given. If the cancellation is received a day prior to the
event the customer will be expected to pay a 50% charge of the original
order value. Please note: We require cancellation confirmation in
writing, either via letter, SMS or email.
Cancellations
due to lack of space:
We clearly list all of our bouncy castle
dimensions on our website to prevent any disappointment on your special
day. Therefore if we arrive at the venue and find we are unable to
inflate the bouncy castle due to lack of space, the customer will be
charged 50% of the original order value. This payment is to cover the
time, fuel and other overheads involved in organising and delivering the
bouncy castle.
SHOULD
YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING DUE TO BAD WEATHER, AFTER THE RELEVENT
NOTICE PERIODS GIVEN A 50% PAYMENT OF THE ORIGINAL ORDER WILL STILL BE
REQUIRED.
